We at SANSHO MFG CO., LTD. have strengths in heavy copper press processing and have high technical capabilities. Since our founding in Kyoto in 1945, we have used our many years of experience and technology to supply metal parts such as heat sinks, electrodes, terminals, and heat spreaders for power semiconductors, which require heavy copper processing.
In addition to press processing, we are equipped with a variety of processes such as warping using a leveller and resist resin printing, and by working with partner companies, we can flexibly respond to customer needs.
