Mold Design/Production
We handle everything from die design and manufacturing to the pressing process, and are able to design die structures and shapes to improve quality.

Press Processing
For safety reasons, our press processing employs a structure that allows workers to remove products without reaching inside the press die.
- Coil material with thicknesses of 1 to 5 mm can be processed continuously.
- In addition to single-shot dies, we can also handle processing using progressive dies.
- We can also accommodate requests for multi-product, small-lot production.
- We have introduced our own unique equipment that achieves both work efficiency and reduced burden and safety for workers.
Leveller Processing
Our unique leveling machine creates a curve in the base-plate.
By passing the base-plate between weighted rollers, it is possible to create a warp of consistent quality.

Washing
Oil adhering to products after press processing is removed by degreasing and cleaning.
Resist Resin Printing
Upon customer request, we can also print UV-curable resist resin on products.
We have an integrated production line that covers everything from press processing to resist resin printing, allowing us to manufacture the final product.

We use various measuring instruments to measure product dimensions, warping, flatness, etc.
