Employee Interviews

Manufacturing Department, Manufacturing Section, Base-Plate G / KM / 4 years of experience (as of 2022)

●What kind of work do you do?
I am in charge of pressing base-plates. In the field of metal processing, it is said that processing thick copper plates of several millimeters is difficult, but our company can handle it.

●What are the important points in your work?
Extreme caution is required when handling presses and huge metal materials. Therefore, we not only conduct pre-work inspections, but also always keep safety in mind while working.
●What do you think is the best thing about joining the company?
Through working and interacting with my seniors and superiors, I was able to learn how to behave as a member of society.

●What would you like to work on in the future?
By acquiring technical knowledge about mold processing and cleaning, as well as the latest processing techniques through external courses, I would like to utilize this knowledge in improving our manufacturing site and developing new products.
●What do you think will be required of new recruits in the future?
I think it's the ability to proactively voice problems and opinions.

●Finally, please give a message to those who are considering applying.
If you are looking for something rewarding, come to SANSHO!

Production Department PS Division / C.N. / 4 years of experience (as of 2022)

●What kind of work do you do?
I am in charge of manufacturing and repairing dies used in press processing, and I process the dies using grinders and machining centers.

●What are the important points in your work?
If a mold is machined too much, it becomes impossible to redo it. Also, even the slightest difference in machining dimensions will result in a non-defective product. For this reason, when machining or setting up the machine, we check carefully and thoroughly, rather than acting on habit or assumptions.
●What do you think is the best thing about joining the company?
With the support of the company, I was able to obtain qualifications when necessary. In my case, it was a hygiene manager.

●What would you like to work on in the future?
I would like to be involved not only in die processing, but also in die design using CAD, etc. I also want to gain experience and knowledge in press processing so that I can process and design better dies.
●What do you think will be required of new recruits in the future?
It's a basic thing, but I think being able to greet people cheerfully can bring energy to the workplace.

●Finally, please give a message to those who are considering applying.
There are many opportunities for you to make an immediate impact, so please join us!

Manufacturing Department, Manufacturing Section, Base-PlateG / T.S. / 15 years of experience (as of 2022)

●What kind of work do you do?
We manage the manufacturing process from press processing to resist resin printing in base-plate manufacturing. If necessary, we also cooperate with partner companies for plating processing, etc.

●What are the important points in your work?
Depending on the customer, not only the shape of the base-plate, but also the resist resin printing pattern and warping shape may differ. We thoroughly check during the process to ensure that the final product is manufactured correctly according to the customer's request.
●What do you think is the best thing about joining the company?
A few years after joining the company, my superiors trusted me and entrusted me with making decisions about the quality of products, and I was able to carry out my work at my own discretion. This experience helped me to carry out process management tasks smoothly.

●What would you like to work on in the future?
I have been with the company for over 10 years, and most of that time I have worked in the Base-Plate Group. Therefore, I am very familiar with the manufacturing process of the Base-Plate Group, but it can be difficult to understand when it comes to other departments such as the Electrode Group and the Quality Control Department. I would like to gain more experience working in other departments and gain a broader range of knowledge that I can use in my work.
●What do you think will be required of new recruits in the future?
Someone who is able to express their thoughts and opinions about work to their superiors and colleagues.

●Finally, please give a message to those who are considering applying.
I had no experience at first either. Please feel free to ask me anything. Let's gain experience and grow together.
