In the metalworking industry, machining soft and thick pure copper material is difficult because it often deforms unintentionally.
Our company specializes in pressing thick pure copper, and can handle bending and punching of pure copper coil material with a maximum thickness of 5 mm (maximum thickness of 6 mm for sheet material). Thanks to the processing technology we have cultivated over many years, we have achieved a beautiful finish on the punched cross section with many sheared cross sections.
Utilizing this technology, we manufacture heat sinks (base plates) and bus bars with thicknesses of 2 to 6 mm, as well as electrodes, terminals, heat spreaders, etc. with thicknesses of 0.5 to 2.5 mm.

In addition to press processing, we also handle various other processes such as warping using a leveler, resist resin pattern formation using a screen printer, and prototype production using wire cutting. In addition, by working with partner companies, we are also able to carry out plating processes.
